The Grand Retreat Collection is a boutique hospitality brand offering curated stays through two villas in Bali and one luxury apartment in Jakarta. Beyond accommodations, the brand also provides personalized car rental services, giving guests a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
However, their previous online presence didn’t reflect the exclusivity and comfort of the stays. Information was scattered across platforms, and the booking process wasn’t streamlined — causing potential guests to drop off before completing reservations.
Solution
As the Website Developer, I built a new WordPress-based platform for The Grand Retreat Collection that integrates a smooth booking system, intuitive navigation, and cohesive branding across all properties.

5. Performance & SEO Optimization
Optimized site speed, image compression, and structured data for better visibility on Google.
Ensured that each property page can perform independently in search results.
